MORE IRISES

Here Iris ensata, the beardless iris enjoys having it's feet sitting in the damp bounderies to the pond. They flower a little later which helps to extend the season.

It can be great fun finding planting partners adding even more colour. Most Irises like to be centre stage, but by careful planting, giving them space to allow the sun to bake their ryzomes, they will co-habit successfully.
