VISITORS AND HOW TO FIND US

We are at 21 Chestnut Road, Brockenhurst, Hampshire SO42 7RF, UK.


Sadly due to the coronavirus in 2020 normal open days have been cancelled but we are now able to offer visits by pre-booking and pre-payment directly through the ngs website. 


The first dates available are the 18th and 19th of July and if all goes well further dates will be added later. At this time there will be no refreshments available. In order to adhear to social distancing requirements numbers are limited to 20 people per allotted one hour period.

Direction

By car follow signs for the New Forest, leave the M27 motorway at Junction 2 and follow the heavy lorry route, then we are 4 miles south of Lyndhurst. Arrive at Brockenhurst turn right into Grigg Lane the B3055. Chestnut Road is the 2nd turning on the left. There is restricted parking so please use the village car park in the centre of the village which is only a very short walk away.

There is a main line station less than 10 minutes walk away.









Both Mary and Iain look forward to sharing their private garden with you and at the same time contributing to the many Charities that the NGS support. 


Last year in 2019 a record £3.1 million went to nursing and health charities. Hampshire contributed £240,000. Macmillan Cancer Support £5000,000, Marie Curie £5000,000, Hospice UK £5000,000, Carers Trust £400,000, Queen's Nursing Institute £250,000, ParkinsonsUK £185,000, Perennial £130,000, MS Society £145,000, and other donations amounting to £490,000.


Since opening in 2006, 21 Chestnut Road has raised in excess of £40.000 for Charity.
